David Lanter, CPA, has over 20 years accounting and tax experience. Mr. Lanter has managed various CPA firms and his experience includes but not limited to representing taxpayers that have been selected for IRS audits, negotiating and reducing and/or waiving IRS penalties and interest assessments, expert litigation witness, multi-state tax preparation, partnerships, preparation and setup of nonprofit organizations, business valuation, developing and managing legal tax strategies for high net worth individuals.
